Terms of sale

The owner of the online store ilucentrum.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is ILUON OÜ (registration code 14388002), located at Männi tee 11, Järveküla, Rae Municipality, Harju County.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are listed next to each product. A delivery fee is added to the price.

The shipping fee depends on the buyer’s location and the shipping method. The shipping fee is displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.

Information about the product is provided in the online store directly next to the product.

Placing an Order and Payment Methods

To order merchandise, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate shipping method. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, and you can pay via a bank link or another payment method.

The agreement shall take effect upon receipt of the amount due in the online store’s bank account.

ILUON OÜ is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to a stockout or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: European Union member states

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and the corresponding pricing information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the effective date of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia are made within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days [Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw; in such cases, the relevant products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions set forth in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act].

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, you may not use the ordered goods in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as is permitted when testing goods in a physical store.

If the item has been used for a purpose other than that required by its nature, or if it shows signs of use or wear and tear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in the item’s value.

To return an item, you must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase, the form for which can be found here: notice of withdrawal, and send it to the email address info@ilucentrum.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the item being returned does not match what was ordered (e.g., the wrong item or a defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer—but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal—all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the consumer for costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.

The online store has the right to rescind the sale and demand that the buyer return the goods if, due to an error, the price of the goods listed in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods.

Right to File a Claim

The online store is liable to the buyer for any nonconformity with the terms of the contract or any defect in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months following delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.

If a defect is discovered, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to info@ilucentrum.ee or by calling +37256482424.

The online store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The online store shall respond to a complaint submitted by a consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
